Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and your massage therapist. Because our therapists have limited availability, late cancellations and missed appointments leave appointment times that are often difficult to fill.

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a massage appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

If your appointment was booked using a gift card, prepaid service, package, or membership session, that service or applicable value will be considered used.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Exceptions may be made at management's discretion.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide as much of your scheduled service as possible; however, your appointment will still end at its originally scheduled time and the full service price will apply.
